Brilliant location for a family beach holiday. Cottage was lovely & cool (during a very hot summer). Pub over the road. Small shop 2 mins walk away. Didn’t need to venture too far afield but Southwold & Lowestoft within short journey. Overall: Lovely

A lovely home from home with all the comforts you could hope for. The owners were very welcoming and we had a fantastic break. There is an outside coutyard which is not obvious from the website and was an added bonus The cottage is well situated for exploring the surrounding area and we would definitely visit again. A thoroughly enjoyable time.

Cottage was fine but would stay in another area where there is more of a promenade than in Kessingland. Apart from a pub and a small restaurant there was not much to occupy a family. The beach was good for walking the dog however and Kessingland could be described as a good base for visiting local attractions and towns. Despite reservations the holiday was far from a disaster and just a matter of taste.

A lovely cottage in an excellent location, the cottage is deceptively spacious. It has everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one and there are lots of local activities to keep all family members occupied. We would difinitely go again.
