This property is great for a family, with a beach just 150 yards away, and cosmopolitan Brighton just a short drive.

Enviably situated just yards from the beach at Seaford, Sea Breeze is an ideal holiday destination for families and couples alike. The terraced property is set over the first and second floors, and there is a small balcony, ideal for an alfresco breakfast, and some rooms offer glimpses of the sea. Seaford is a quiet seaside town on the East Sussex Heritage Coast at the foot hills of the South Downs. There are many trails and cycle routes to enjoy, including part of the South Downs and Vanguard Way. The Seven Sisters Country Park, with its famous chalk cliffs, is one of Britain’s finest unspoilt coastlines. Stroll up to the Long Man of Wilmington, the mysterious chalk figure on the South Downs, and enjoy stunning rural views too.
Eastbourne and its delightful pier is half an hour away, and Brighton is also within easy reach, where you can look for a bargain among the Lanes or head skywards on the British Airways i360, the world’s tallest moving observation tower. Drusillas Park, an award-winning small zoo, is not to be missed for the young or young at heart. The port of Newhaven offers an opportunity to take a day trip to Dieppe in France and sample one of the many seafood specialities, particularly scallops. Beach 150 yards. The Sea Breeze is a comfortable small terraced drive-in house with balcony. The beach is near although it is a beach with pebbles and not sand. Would have brought swimming shoes if we had known. The decor is nice, kitchen well-equipped and shops close by in the area. We ate one night at the Wellington pub, which was reasonable, but found restaurants closed on another evening. Mostly we cooked at the house. Seaford is a friendly town and in close distance to some beautiful scenery in East Sussex, both coastal and rural. Very grateful that the owner provided us with fans as the weather was very warm.

My son and I stayed at Sea Breeze in Seaford for a week. While there, we also visited nearby towns Eastbourne and Brighton. Seaford is a quiet seaside town with beautiful cliff views. The beach is stoney, and the waves wild! Sea Breeze townhouse offered us a quiet location in which to unwind and enjoy our stay. It is a modern townhouse with all amenities necessary for comfort. Very clean with well-equipped kitchen, and steps from the beach. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar was waiting for us and appreciated after a long flight. There is a TV, heater if needed, and a small patio off the living room overlooking a small park area. There is a sea view from the double bedroom. Stores are steps away, including a supermarket. Great fish and chip stores, pubs, cafes and restaurants in surrounding town. We loved the historic quaintness of the town. Rail station and bus stops are within walking distance.

Booking and arrival communications were excellent. Super on-site parking. Flat was very clean and well equipped. Bedding and towels excellent quality. So near to the beach and town centre - 2 mins walk. Very quiet location. Local long term neighbours very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this property for a wonderful holiday in Seaford and surrounding area.

lovely clean accomadation. very convenient for shops and beach although actual area a bit shabby. kitchen was spotless with everything you could need.bathroom very nice. carport was a bit short for our car but still good thing to have as wouldn't feel happy parking away on the seafront.overall very thoughtful holiday house and felt the owners had thought of everything.Did loose tv signal one night which was frustrating but that was he weathers fault so nothing could change that! we would definitely stay again and tell others how good it was. thank you.
