A beautiful cottage equipped to a very high standard. Shops and restaurants close by. Some traffic noise but not a big problem.

Beautiful cottage in perfect location for exploring South East England. The cottage is next to a busy road but you would not be aware of this due to location on the edge of Tunbridge Common- with lovely walks. It is also just opposite The Pantiles with its plethora of lovely bars and restaurants. Lovely welcome pack and communication from cottage owner Sue. We would definitely recommend Saw Mill Cottage.

Lovely cottage but for us there was too much traffic noise

We spent 9 weeks at Sawmill and it served us very well. Traffic noise was irritating and bath water pressure very poor. The kitchen was great but the cooker is fierce and probably needs upgrading. However I recognise a 9 week stay is very different to a few days. It is a very dear and pretty, well appointed cottage.

We had a lovely stay at Sawmill Cottage. The location is perfect, both right next to the Pantiles and the countryside. It is a very cosy place and we immediately felt at home. The owners also provided a welcome package (food and beverages) which we highly appreciated. A small point to improve: there is a lovely bath tub, but no standing-up shower. We would definitely recommend this cottage and the area. We loved it and will go back for sure.

This was our second stay here and we certainly were not disappointed. There is everything you could need - a tastefully decorated , cosy retreat with all amenities and access to the countryside on your doorstep. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to come again.
