We had a fabulous holiday in this truly, beautiful cottage. The hosts could not have been more welcoming, friendly and eager to please. The location was stunning and resulted in a very enjoyable, memorable and chilled holiday. We have 3 children; 9,7 &2 and this was a great place for them to play and be children, especially in the vast garden. We could easily have stopped longer. There are shops around, in Fethard-on-Sea, not necessarily cheap ones but then it is a rural area which is why we chose it, as well as it being only an hour off the ferry at Rosslare. We had lots of fun walking around the forest walk in Tintern abbey, and around Hook lighthouse as well as on the beaches at Duncannon and Dollar Bay, and also the pebble beach 5 minutes away in Saltmills itself. The only tiny thing that has affected our rating on the equipment is the old, green settee downstairs. We would certainly recommend this cottage.
