We all loved this house! A lovely house, spacious, warm and comfortable. We had a great week and felt completely at home. The location is wonderful. There is access from the back garden gate onto the beach and a pub, café, amusement arcade and a play park for younger members very close by. The garden is fully enclosed and safe for dogs and there is plenty of parking for cars. The games room was an added bonus if the weather was bad or in the evenings. Enjoyed by all, the week went far too fast. Would certainly return.

An excellent property right on the beach. The summary, photos and reviews did not do this justice. Stayed with our three children aged 10-14 and our dog, who enjoyed the beach, games room and local cafe/amusements.

Lovely well equipped house. Private drive and not overlooked at all. Very comfortable with everything you need. Direct access from the back garden on to miles of golden sands. Well positioned and some lovely beaches and walks nearby. Don't forget to visit Winterton on sea and pop in the cafe. Horsey gap is a must to sea hundreds of seals basking on the beach. Overall a lovely place to stay if you want a relaxing break.

A nice and comfortable property let down by a few small things. Needs a good clean it is not dirty but a few areas have not been cleaned properly and some things are broken and in need of fixing it did not spoil our holiday or make us not want to go back. So all in all a good house for a break on the Norfolk coast.

We visited sand dune cottage in late August 2017. Our party consisted of 6 adults and one 4 year old. This was an amazing cottage very close to a great sandy beach, a decent park and a small arcade, shops, fish and chip shop and pub. Everything on the doorstep was a great bonus. We even saw seals in the sea! We have been to Norfolk before, but this area seemed to be very accessible for other days out such as Bewilderwood, Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The accommodation was very nice. It is not a luxury home by any means but very comfortable and cosy for a family holiday. The owners left tea and coffee, biscuits and fresh flowers which was a nice touch on arrival. The games room was a real bonus and we really enjoyed playing pool and table tennis. The only downsides for us were: 1. As an accommodation which accepts pets, there was an obvious smell of dog. It did not seem unclean but I suppose the smell does linger. About half way through the week we found some spray which had been provided which resolved the problem. Even without this it still would not have ruined our holiday. 2. The shower pressure is quite poor, especially in the ensuite. There are also no locks on the bathroom doors for some reason! All in all, we had a great holiday and would definitely come again.

Perfect location, property looking a little tired and shabby outside, please also be aware if you have small children or elderly as steps outside to raised area are quite steep and has no handrail.Would advise to not use the hoover like we did it really smells awful had to open all windows and spray airfreshner.En suite bathroom shower absolutely useless only a little dribble comes out, toilet doesnt flush very well, also shower in bathroom service light kept coming on and off.Wifi rubbish as well.
