The Salcombe (formerly the Salcombe Hotel), is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pools (1st May-30th September). Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children. There is also a lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only), laundry room, parking for one car per apartment (on reception level) and one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary, and are centrally heated.
