The apartment is comfortable and clean. The best feature though is the view from the balcony looking down at the quayside and out to sea. The balcony furniture could do with an upgrade as the table supports have corroded quite badly, leaving a pile of rust on the balcony floor. Entry to the apartment is a little awkward as you have entry to both No2 and No3 Russell Court through a fire door where the floor space is not much more than 1.2m square... difficult if there are two people with cases, shopping etc. The apartment is in an excellent location for all amenities that Looe to has to offer. There are some excellent pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Walking back up the steep hill can be a little tiring and may be difficult if you have a disability.

This is a great apartment that is modern and clean. It was the right size for us, a family of four with two teenagers. There are panoramic views over Looe, which is a lovely seaside resort.

The apartment was very good. We had a first floor with a good sized balcony and great views of Looe and the sea. Access required a careful approach but the private parking was a big bonus. Need to be fit and healthy to walk back up the very steep road from the town to the apartment. One major issue was the very poor cleanliness of the shower heads in both bathrooms and the shower drain in the en-suite. This was reported early in the week, we were assured it would be corrected but nothing happened all week. After arriving back home we queried why nothing had been done and received texts which can only be described as fanciful (that is the polite version). Spoilt what would have been a wonderful holiday. At a cost in excess of £1000 pw customer service should have been high, instead we received excuses. Looe is a fabulous place to visit.
