Fab place to escape to. Took hubby here for a short break as a surprise. Amazing cafe on site and farm shop. The barn is far enough away from garden centre for privacy and peace. I’d love to come back with the children, it would make a great base camp as well situated to explore surrounding area. Thank you for the basket of goodies on arrival such a wonderful treat!

Very nice comfortable cottage, great location to Brighton. Complete privacy with own enclosed garden, we stayed with our autistic son, who can be abit loud so ideal for us! Lovely farm shop to buy anything you may need and very nice accomodating owners, would definately recommend!

We lived in the barn for nearly 3 weeks due to flood repair damage at home. We found it very peaceful. It was great to be next to the Garden Centre, they have a brilliant farm shop and cafe!

The welcome was warm and friendly with a lovely touch being the goodie box. As we were visiting family who had recently moved in to the area it meant that the good sized living space made it possible for us all to be together. I didn't have the impression that the kitchen area had been thoroughly cleaned which meant that I had to give it a good scrub!

Had a great time whilst staying here. Comfy chairs and bed, and well equipped. The kitchen area could be improved by having a fridge-freezer and a spare cupboard for food, instead of the separate fridge and freezer. But that doesn't detract from the excellent location ( for visiting lots of National Trust and other gardens,as well as the coast at Beachy Head along to Littlehampton), and the rural surroundings.

We absolutely loved the barn. It's so quiet and peaceful. The children can just play and there's plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The barn has everything you need and is ideally located for the many attractions on the door step. The cafe and shop are a massive bonus, which mean if you're looking for a very quiet holiday with just the wildlife you don't have to leave the barn at all. Pam, thanks so much - we will be back.
