Although cottage very good, setting not good especially for dogs, just car park and rubble filled field! Good for children as there is a play area next to pub.

Perfect location to explore the north east coast fantastic that we could take the dogs also at no extra charge, my only criticism was that the cottage was very cramped, also we had go back from a very long hot day so we decided to have a drink and something to eat in the pub garden but was told that we could only have our drinks in plastic beakers even though there was other people sat outside drinking from glasses we declined and decided to go elsewhere for something to eat and drink very disappointing as the pub is right next door to the accommodation
