Loved this cottage and its location. Light, but cosy and a beautiful garden with well thought out seating areas and occasional visits from local deer! Some good restaurants locally and nice day trips to Otter Ferry, Tarbert and plenty of other locations. We had fantastic weather and were lucky enough to see otters and porpoises on the loch. A lovely, relaxing holiday.

Would highly recommend a stay at the Royal Cottage. It was perfect! The house is well equipped, clean, cosy and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, utensils, pots and pans etc. The separate utility room housed the washing machine and tumble dryer and was great for storing coats and boots and stuff you don't want in the living area. There is also a downstairs shower room and separate double bedroom. The main living area was bright and spacious but still cosy. Upstairs is a sitting area, twin bedroom, separate shower room, master bedroom with en-suite (large shower and bath). We enjoyed the house so much that I could have lived there! The views were amazing and the outdoor space great for BBQs and for the kids to play. The photos really don't do it justice: 10/10!

Our stay at Royal Cottage was wonderful. A truly tranquil relaxing place set in a beautiful area with fantastic views. Fab garden space all around for our daughter to explore & enjoy. There was generous welcome gift from our friendly hosts & everything you would need & more was provided at the house. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Would definately recommend & we will hopefully book again in the future.

Beautiful location and lovely accommodation. Great communication with Alan . The welcome basket was much appreciated. The weather was kind to us and for that reason we didn't want to travel far. We enjoyed a very relaxing week and dined and enjoyed drinks in the local establishments. A big thank you for allowing to rent this lovely cottage. We will certainly return
