Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity (£35per week October-May), bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair. Lawned garden and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
Beautiful and peaceful valley
This delightful, detached cedar wood bungalow, is situated in a wooded area within walking distance of the Ennerdale village. Rowans is a three-bedroomed property that is all on the ground floor. The living room has French doors that lead out into the lawned garden where you could have a barbecue on a summer’s day or sit and have your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook an evening meal should you wish to do so. The bedrooms consist of one kingsize, a twin and a single room, and the family bathroom has a bath with shower over so you can have a lovely soak after a day of exploring or a refreshing shower in a morning.
Ideally located for exploring the peaceful valleys surrounding the lakes of Ennerdale Water, Loweswater and Buttermere. In addition to the walks and cycle paths, which are in abundance, the Georgian town of Cockermouth is within driving distance, and the unspoilt coastline at St. Bees near Whitehaven is close by. Other attractions include Wordsworth House, and Muncaster Castle with its gardens and Owl Centre that have yearly event programmes and daily displays. Shop 500 yards, pub, and restaurant 100 yards.
