Lovely little cottage a bit low for my family as all 6ft or above nice layout, just a shame u can't walk or access the beach without a car or surrounding countryside.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your review of our property. Being a traditional croft house which is at least 150 years old the upstairs in particular does have lower ceilings than modern houses but we feel they add to the character and the downstairs and large lounge in particular have more modern sized floor to ceiling heights. I am six foot myself and I am certainly not touching the ceiling upstairs thankfully. The council have just finished a new pavement on the main road at the bottom of the access track meaning you can now walk safely down to the beach in Ashaig. Thank you for reminding me that I need to update the visitor info to reflect this improvement.

This is an amazing , stunning property. Beautifully decorated. The Finish bbq hut in the garden is an added bonus. The house if well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The owners provided lots of little personal touches through out the house, a welcome hamper etc. A lovely peaceful tranquil house ideally situated to explore Skye and it’s many beautiful sites.

Our second visit. Cosy, clean and convenient. Very generous welcome pack too, plus initial fuel supplied for the woodburner. Wifi was excellent and it was so good to be able to sit out in the garden one warm morning. We've already booked again for next year!
