Lovely cottage, close to good beaches and days out. The road is very close and noisy though but that was the only thing we didnt like.

Very good but not enough crockery and cutlery, shaver point not working and insufficient illumination in the sitting room.

Rothesby is a lovely cottage. It is bright, spacious and very clean. It is really well-equipped and has everything you would need for a stay in a holiday cottage. The owner is incredibly helpful and was in touch a couple of times to see if everything was ok. The village of Iden is lovely, and it is well-located for going into Rye, down to the coast, along to Hastings, and also for exploring the Kent and Sussex countryside. Would thoroughly recommend Rothesby on all levels.
