Really lovely cottage, very clean and well equipped, felt homey straight away. Cosy cottage but light and airy and nicer than the photos. Need to drive to local sights but only short drives and a handy driveway. Visited Rye, Camber Sands, Great Dixter, Battle Abbey, Hastings. Great base for a lovely holiday.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable, with everything that you could possibly want. Located in a nice village with pub and shop. We really enjoyed our week here.

Excellent Cottage, very well equipped, full of character and in good order. Iden is a nice village with a friendly pub a village stores for forgotten provisions and only 2 1/2 miles away from Rye. Village of Peasmarsh about 1 1/2 miles away has a lovely local independent Supermarket Jempsons. Whilst I enjoyed the break my teenage kids found the area a bit dull for them, but that's teenage kids for you! They did enjoy the table football in the cottage thopugh. I personally liked the area and it is a great part of the country to explore, I'd go there again but without the kids!

Great well equipped cottage with nice large dining room. Upstairs is slightly cramped. We enjoyed the table football and using the OS map for walks.
