What a lovely cottage! Set in a beautiful location with a dog friendly field and a bridle path behind. John, Jan and Ben (the lovely Golden Retriever!) were delightful hosts. John was so helpful recommending local pubs, restaurants etc. He was available to answer any questions we had. We used our visit to familiarise ourselves with the local area prior to a house move and the cottage is very conveniently situated to visit the Quantocks, Williton, Watchet etc as well as the picturesque villages (and their pubs!) on Exmoor. We can thoroughly recommend Rosie’s Barn.

Very friendly owners who are helpful but not intrusive. As the sheep were removed from the adjoining field which is owned by the property out dogs were able to enjoy the additional space.Very well equipped and comfortable accommodation.

Rosie's barn is a lovely property in a beautiful location. We were lucky enough to have sheep and lambs in the adjacent field and wonderful views and wildlife on the doorstep. The owners were very kind and friendly hosts. The barn was well equipped and every detail has been thought about including the things you might forget! We had a wonderful weekend with our 2 dogs who were made to feel equally welcomed. We rarely return to a property but may well return to this one. Thank you.
