A lovely, well furnished and spacious cottage which is also very well equipped for the amount of people it is advertised for. Large garden for children to play and large kitchen to feed them all. The cottage is ideally suited for visits to Ryde, Shanklin and Sandown and has 2 bus stops within a minutes walk. It is decorated showing the best bits of Bembridge and the Isle of Wight. We would definitely stay here again.

A great value place, perfect for a family. Nice back garden, very homely feel. Good sized rooms. The off road parking is a bonus Ibut a tight squeeze (although manageable) for larger cars. Great location with plenty of amenities nearby - chinese, fish and chips, co-op, pub. Great park opposite, especially useful if you arrive early and the kids need a run around. The interior is an odd mix of very modern (the bathroom) and early 80s (artificial flowers and old style Carebear bedding). The house is well equipped and feels like a home rather than a hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.

What else can we say that hasn’t already been said? A very comfortable well-equipped holiday let. It was spotlessly clean and we had a lovely welcome from Donna. We would have liked Wi-Fi but the impressive range of DVD’s/CD’s/tapes (audio and music) made up for this. Games for all ages of children (and adults) would make rainy days enjoyable. The new bathroom and shower was exceptional! In hot weather the local amenities seem further away than ten minutes so stock up at Tesco. The only downside we had was from the neighbour’s dogs who seemed to bark at everything. If you have small children who are light sleepers this would be annoying and even playing in the very child friendly garden would set them off. Unfortunately, we also had fence repairing going on during our week which sort of spoiled the relaxation time we were after! However, I’m sure that once this was completed any future visitors would thoroughly benefit from the privacy. Thank you Linda you have a beautiful house and we would like to return some time in the future.

Lovely house. Very clean located in a Wonderful village. Shower was amazing and the garden a good size. Owners have a very large library of dvds. Kitchen was very well equipped. The Tupperware was very handy indeed. Beds were comfy and house was nice and warm. A really super place to stay.
