sorry but not up to standard

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; I am sorry that you felt the cottage was not up to standard. Many happy returning visitors would indicate otherwise. The Booking Terms & Conditions asks all guests to keep their rental property clean and tidy, and to leave the property in a similar condition as found upon arrival. Unfortunately, the Cottage was left it in an unacceptable condition upon your departure therefore extra cleaning was required to prepare the property for our next guests.

Great for walks, incredibly quiet, rarely came across anyone else. Practically no traffic at all. The entire street catches the sun very nicely as do parts of the cottage. Great walks, a lot to see, unfortunately a good chunk of the country has been through deforestation so there was a few areas that felt desolate, but the majority was interesting walks through the woods and over hills. Probably one of the most diverse holidays I've had due to it being a shortish drive to the Culzean Castle and other neighbouring areas.
