Great for walks, incredibly quiet, rarely came across anyone else. Practically no traffic at all. The entire street catches the sun very nicely as do parts of the cottage. Great walks, a lot to see, unfortunately a good chunk of the country has been through deforestation so there was a few areas that felt desolate, but the majority was interesting walks through the woods and over hills. Probably one of the most diverse holidays I've had due to it being a shortish drive to the Culzean Castle and other neighbouring areas.

We had a brilliant time at Rosebud cottage Daisy loved the garden and the cottage as we both did too. Will definitely be back thanks so much to the owners who provide eveything you need.

We received a very warm welcome. Everything you could need was there. The dogs were welcomed and even some nice tasty snacks waiting for them. The welcome pack was adequate to ensure you had the basics and a few extra tasty treats. The village was excellent for access to local countryside, plenty of areas to visit and mostly accessible for a mobility scooter.
