Nicely located and lovely that it is so dog friendly with large field just behind. Not rated 10 as toaster wasn’t working and shelf in fridge door broken so difficult to store milk and a bottle of wine! Otherwise very good and would not hesitate to return.

We booked the cottage due to its proximity to Woodhall Spa where there is a good range of shops, cafes and a "kinema in the woods". The cottage was accurately depicted, clean and spacious and met our needs for a short break. There was parking at the front and each property had its own outdoor space with seating. The garden area for the Parlour was particularly generous. The only slight negative for us was the wet room. It had a lovely powerful shower but there was no mop to help dry the floor afterwards.
