Set in the grounds of the artist Sidney Nolan’s former home, this lovely property offers guests a quiet retreat to enjoy.

Ground Floor:
Living room: With satellite TV.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker and microwave.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bathroom: With bath, shower over the bath and heated towel rail.

Electric oil-filled heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair. Large enclosed garden, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

This well-positioned holiday property is situated in the grounds of the artist ’Sidney Nolan’ former home and is just outside of the town of Presteigne, which hosts an array of independent bars, shops, and restaurants. With great views over open countryside, this pleasant, detached property offers guests spacious accommodation. It boasts its own private garden, where you will spot a variety of birds and local wildlife. Presteigne is a fascinating little medieval market town in mid-Wales, but literally right on the English border, with history and buildings dating back to the 14th century. The Judge’s Lodgings and Offa’s Dyke footpath are local to Presteigne.
Close to the borderlands of Shropshire and Herefordshire, you will be spoilt for choice on days out. Visit Croft, Kinnersley and Stokesay castles, Acton Scott Working Farm, Ludlow Racecourse and Hereford’s cathedral and cider museum. The property as previously mentioned is set in the grounds of the former home of the artist Sidney Nolan and guests have a large private garden to enjoy while also being able to explore the 250 acres of land that the property is surrounded by.
