What a little gem! We loved staying at Rock Villas. There was everything and more that you needed in the house. It was clean and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. Thank you!

the description and visual don,t match the property ie the step out of the conservatory is huge even my two grandchildren didn,t feel save and used the side door, the slope of the garden was very very steep and the seating area was not level i was sitting down and moved slightly the chair slipped and i hit the greenhouse fortunately their was a wooden board instead of a glass pane which suggests someone had already had the same experience, the property was dark and dreary [needs updating ],the area for bins was overgrown and very dirty ,the next door neighbours were noisy at all times when approached they said they wouldn,t open the door and shouted it was the child running up and down stairs and they had no stair carpet to bad.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: Im really sorry you didnt enjoy our property, the garden does have a gradual slope but i dont think you could call it very, very steep.I dont understand your comment about the overgrown bin area as the bin area is at the side of the house on a gravel path, there is nothing at all growing near the bins. The step down from the conservatory may be considered a bit steep for children or older people but you can use the kitchen door to enter the garden as you did if you find the step from the conservatory too steep. The patio area does have a very gentle slope but we havent had any other reports of the chairs slipping on it, i apologise if this was the case on this occasion and i will look at the possibility of replacing the glass with perspex or perhaps replacing the greenhouse with a garden shed
