Rock Cottage in Ardentinny sits in a beautiful location on the Cowal Peninsula looking out over Loch Long. Located next door to the owners, this cosy terraced cottage is within walking distance of the Argyll Forest Park, Britain’s oldest Forest Park established in 1935. Numerous walks and mountain biking trails run throughout, and red squirrels and deer are a common sight amongst the tall, well-established forest. A local restaurant which offers traditional Scottish fayre is close by, and Dunoon is only a 15-minute drive away.
As well as the numerous local attractions and tourist sites, Rock Cottage is ideally located to further explore Argyll. The Portavadie to Tarbert ferry is not far away, and the drive through the countryside to get there is breathtaking.
