Robin Hill is perfectly placed along the cliffside in the charming coastal village of Tresaith, on the Ceredigion Coast Path. High-quality, contemporary accommodation, comfortably sleeping 5 people with incredible views of the sea beyond.

This property boasts views that will have you staring wistfully out to sea for days; the living area is dominated by large patio doors which look out, via a front patio, to the sea beyond. The owners have left the living area open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining area, and living area into one to maximise the light, space, and views. Using blue-green hues throughout, the contemporary kitchen has all amenities you could ask for - the double oven and hobs are surrounded by sea-green units which cleverly hide a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The breakfast counter has been extended so that a party of 5 people can eat dinner while still admiring that spectacular sea view. What a great place to eat breakfast while planning your coastal day out! The living area features two sofas, a coffee table, and a 38’ TV, but you’ll be staring out of the patio doors and watching for the pods of dolphins that are known for inhabiting this area! On cooler evenings, why not sit outside on the extensive front decking area and take in the cool sea breeze and sunsets stretching out towards Ireland?
There are three beautiful bedrooms to choose from - the king-sized bedroom also has an ensuite shower room. The twin room has soft, comfortable beds and views out to the front of the property towards the sea, while the single bedroom arguably has the best view in the house! All bedrooms give a relaxing, comfortable night’s sleep. The family bathroom is large and features a stunning curved bath in the centre of the room, with toilet and wash hand basin with a mirror. The perfect place for a soak after a day of walking the coastal path. It’s the outside area of this property that makes it really special. The front patio area gives the most stunning views and is immediately accessible as you approach the property. The patio with seating to the rear is a wonderful sun trap for relaxing and reading a book, but if it’s sunsets and stargazing you’re after go to the top of the grass lawn - which stretches upwards with the cliffs - and overlooks the roof for an even better sea view.
