There is an open-plan dining and well-equipped kitchen area, with separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom. You will find a comfortable sitting room with snuggly sofas and a wood burning stove. Wind up the narrow staircase and you will discover high ceilings with exposed trusses which give a spacious feel to the beautifully designed interior. There are two bedrooms and a wonderful bathroom. Outside is a landscaped cottage garden with dry stone walls and even your very own bubbling stream to enjoy at the bottom of the garden. After a busy day, this is the perfect retreat to sit and listen to the stream and have a glass of something cold!

Nearby Crich is full of character and history, and boasts several shops even an artisan bakery and several pubs. There are walks around Crich village, and trams (the village is home to the National Tramway Museum), move up the valley to some of the most beautiful views of the Derbyshire Dales. Matlock, 8 miles away, offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions such as Gulliver’s Kingdom. Magnificent views down the gorge can be enjoyed from the cable car that takes visitors up to the Heights of Abraham - a great place for all the family with its show-caves, nature trail and water gardens. Robin Cottage is situated in an excellent location and is in the perfect spot for walking and exploring the Peak District with its many attractions including, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the lovely market towns of Bakewell and Matlock .
