Brilliant location however, since our previous visit a year ago the accommodation and area has rapidly declined. It felt shabby and unloved. There were cobwebs everywhere, both inside and out, and had to clean the outside chairs before we were able to use them and several garden chairs on the veranda are damaged and unsafe. I felt that for the money paid it was not value for money. I appreciate that the local pub is not part of the package and is being renevated but it was really missed.

My son and I were delighted with River Breeze. It was a good base for touring around Norfolk and the Broads area in particular. The lodge was comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the tranquility - it was so peaceful sitting in the garden, with the occasional visit from a family of ducks and swans! There was ample garden furniture, with the addition of a furnished veranda to the side, so you could have sun or shade at almost any time of the day. We would have no hesitation in recommending River Breeze.
