Another brilliant stay in this very comfortable cottage. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. The starter basket was excellent, the woodburner was easy to use, and the bed was the best sleep ever! We would recommend this cottage to anyone who likes peace and quiet.

Gorgeous secluded cottage located on a working croft surrounded by moorland with river near by, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Wi Fi in cottage a bonus as cottage has poor mobile phone signal (virgin network) but that does not distract from staying at the cottage. Owner very welcoming and bottle of wine and cake on arrival was a nice touch. Plenty of maps and leaflets in the cottage for ideas for things to do - recommend the Silver Walk from Castle Tioram and the walk/cycle to the Singing Sands both of which are near by. Large garden if nice weather. Ideal for a quiet relaxing time away or walking and ferrys to Skye and Mull only an hours drive away. Would definately stay again if visiting same area. Excellent cottage and hols.

The cottage is in an idyllic location. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The wine, cake and dog biscuits were much appreciated. The village shop in Acharacle is well stocked. If you are looking for peace and quiet and spectacular scenery then this is the place to come.

A very enjoyable stay. We were given a very warm welcome by the owners and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was well appointed and nicely laid out. The local amenities were disappointing, but I'm sure would be better when everywhere is open during the summer season.

A superb cottage, beautiful location, outstanding hospitality and extremely well equipped. October is a stunning month in the Highlands, we had stags and hinds on our doorstep with more roaring in the surrounding hills. There is wildlife at every turn and coupled with the beautiful scenery of the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, Riverview Cottage is highly recommended.
