Without a doubt the best holiday rental we have ever stayed. The photos are deceptive as the property is much larger than it looks in the main photo. This only shows half of the property. The cottage is very cosy and perfect for families. There are 3 double bedrooms, the master one having en-suite & located at the opposite end of the property to the others. There is a separate bathroom & in between the bedrooms are a large kitchen & 2 separate living rooms so the kids can watch what they want. Very reasonably priced, located in a beautiful area & very quiet.

We really enjoyed our four nights at Rhyndaston Villa Cottage and could easily have stayed longer as it's so comfortable and there's so much to do and see nearby. The property has been really well thought out and everything you could need is provided. The low score for local amenities is not a criticism - the cottage is in the middle of nowhere and wonderful for it! It helped that the weather was so good - the sunsets were spectacular.

Happy with the cottage but it is not one and a half miles to the nearest pub for a meal,or to a local shop for the basic needs.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Just to clarify our cottage is in a very rural area. There is a pub in the local village, which is 1.7 miles away, and the nearest general stores is in a different village and is 3.1 miles away. Map directions to these are given in the Information Folder in the cottage. There is also a farm butcher’s shop 1.5 miles away. The nearest supermarket is in Haverfordwest, which is 8.8 miles away. I hope this is helpful to anyone wishing to book our cottage.

One of the nicest holiday cottages we've ever been to. It was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. We loved being able to open the patio doors when the weather was good and drink in the view. Also enjoyed having two lounges and two TV's which was good for different age-groups. Heated towel rails in both bathrooms helped to dry swimming towels out after the beach which was only a short drive away. Everything had been thought of - clean washing up brush, tea-towels, washing up liquid, pegs, cling film, sandwich boxes, cupboard space for food, hangers in wardrobes - I know it sounds trivial but I've been to places with none of these! Highlights of our holiday were a speedboat trip with VentureJet near St Davids and coasteering which was massive fun. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Response on behalf of the owner: Thank you so much for the lovely review. We do our utmost to make our cottage as comfy and as welcoming and practical as we possibly can. It was lovely to have you to stay, and we would love to welcome you back.

This house is situated in a very quiet, remote location. Ideal if you want to get away from it all. The accommodation is of a high standard with very comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. Both lounges have comfortable seating and a television. Reasonable WiFi is available throughout the building. Both bathrooms worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Outside there is a pleasant garden with garden furniture. The long clothes line made it easy to dry things in good weather. The addition of a tumble dryer in the washing machine area also made drying easy when wet. There is ample parking plus a garage which easily holds one car.

Lovely cottage and we would stay here again and recommend. We had a couple of issues with electricity going off so some food in 'fridge was spoiled (my smoked salmon!).. Owners came straight out after we 'phoned them (had to drive up the road to do so as no signal on mobiles (see below)) and, after the second issue, brought us some freshly laid eggs from their chickens. Nice touch! They also left us a bottle or red wine for our arrival. I was concerned that there was no landline and no mobile phone signal at the cottage and, if one had required emergency services, a 5 minute drive to get a signal would be required. Dongle did not work either. I thus think a landline should be installed if possible. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here in this lovely location.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry that there is nothing we can do about the mobile signal. Only EE customers stand a chance of any signal. But we do supply unlimited free WiFi, so our visitors are welcome to connect their mobile phones to the WiFi, using WiFi calling, which will give perfect reception in the cottage. I am so sorry that this was an issue for you.

Peaceful location but plenty to do within a short distance. beautiful beaches and coastal walks, good pubs with hearty fair, sea kayaking, snorkeling, horse riding, surfing lessons and country walks to name but a few activities to try. St davids and Haverford West are a short drive away, we enjoyed every moment of our holiday in this excelent, clean and highly equipped cottage. the welcome pack was perfect and the buildings standard of finish was more than we expected, the sun room was where we spent most of our relaxing time. we would love to book it again.

Lovely cottage in an excellent location if you like peace and quiet and rural views which we do. The cottage was well appointed and bigger than we thought so we had a great stay. The only down side was the outside furniture that definitely needs replacing as it's old and broken

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: Thank you for your comments. We were unaware that some of the outside chairs were broken until you left us a note to say. I'm sorry that this was an issue. We have now replaced all the garden chairs with hopefully more robust ones.
