What a beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. We arrived 3 hours early and they allowed us in. Cottage was spotless. I read the reviews before hand so was a bit worried but there were no problems at all. They were really welcoming. They spoke to us about what’s on in the area and where to go and as they own the Marina pub on the sea front too we were invited there with a discount for staying in their cottage the food was outstanding. We took our 2 pet dogs the garden was secure and Inclosed. And the whole place was pet friendly they enjoyed it too. After sight seeing it was nothing better to chill out in the hot tub and the summer house outside. We will be returning and I do recommend this cottage to anyone with pets, disabilities or a family get together. It’s very spacious. It even had a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer so I was able to wash and dry everything before I went home. I’d give it a 5 star rating see you soon

Upon arrival we were met with an unclean cottage. Photos taken ! . Both wet room and bathroom needed a good scrub, urine around toilets, fecal matter in toilets and a smell of public loos. Vile. Had to purchase bleach nearby. No curtains to the rear of the living area. Broken filthy bin lid that wouldn't close. Sauce left on kitchen sides. Crumbs under kitchen saver. Numerous broken cupboards/drawers. Broken mirrored bedroom cabinet which cut sons finger. Water was beyond scalding. Bath handle dropped off whilst running bath. Wet room shower water runs towards bedroom door and not towards drain and with no squeegee we had to use towels to mop up. However the linen was spotless, beds were comfortable( 3rd bed in master is camp type) and was close to the beach where we did crabbing and fishing but not much to do for the kids if weather is rubbish.
