The location and surroundings were so beautiful and everything is very close by such as Hastings, Camber etc. The hosts are also wonderful and welcomed us with flowers and a cake. They do have 3 dogs who love to come and play with us frequently. Apart from my daughter we loved having them around. Although by the end she was also starting to see their charm. The property could be cleaner as had cobwebs in many places and needed a good dusting and hoovering. Also the sofas are quite worn but once again the surrounding made these things matter less. Also as we were out most of the time, it did not affect us too much.

We had a fantastic weeks holiday at Reysons, lovely hosts (fresh home baked cake on arrival), idyllic property and grounds. Three very well behaved dogs who our granddaughter wanted to take home. Lots of geese, ducks and chickens running freely during the day and locked in at night, you do not get any noise from them, they are in the hosts grounds separated from the cottage garden. Ideal location for Rye, Hastings and exploring the countryside. Pub very close with two others a short driving distance, there is a bakers very close and a convenience store.
