Had a great week here and visited lots of places of interest in the northern and western highlands. Lodge is very peaceful and quiet, though some cars do speed along the road outside - but mostly we saw birds and a red squirrel while there…

Exactly what we hoped it would be . Spotless and private with fantastic walks from the chalet. We could easily have stayed here without the car although we enjoyed trips to the black isle , Dingwall and others. No need to read instruction leaflets as everything worked first time. Badgers were like pets by the end of the week. Burnside is now in our top three from about 50 cottages we have used over the years. We will definitely be back .
