Lovely period cottage in a great location ! Deal is a quaint seaside town with plenty of bars and restaurants, a lovely little market on a Saturday morning and plenty of independent shops to browse around. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city or town life. The cottage itself had everything you could need, we felt immediately relaxed in it.

Red Roofs is a fantastically located property in the centre of Deal. It is full of character, cosy and has everything you could want for a great holiday by the sea. It is within walking distance of the town, 5mins. It was clean, and actually slot bigger than all the pix on the website. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone who wants to get away in a quaint seaside town and live in a truly lovely house. Would definitely return.

Our family party of five adults arrived at Red Roofs for Christmas week to be greeted by a Christmas Tree and decorations which was very welcoming. The cottage was warm and cosy, surprisingly spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Its homely decor suited us very well and we were happy with the facilities. The only improvement we'd like to suggest, as we had two asthmatics in our party, is maybe to replace the feather pillows? The beach was a stone's throw away and the cottage is also close to a thriving High Street where we were able to get everything we needed at small independent shops which was very pleasing. We'd certainly recommend Red Roofs to our friends and stay there again ourselves.

Cottage appeared to be somewhat neglected and unloved. Lack of attention to detail

Response on behalf of the owner; Red Roofs was my lovely home for 10 years. It is still much loved and cared for and certainly not neglected. I feel my previous reviews give a much more balanced view of the property.
