We booked a two week stay at Rectory Cottage on the strength on previous reviews and location and we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean, welcoming host and everything to a high standard. Lincoln and the coast within easy reach. Would recommend a day at 'Just Wake' aqua Park if you have teenage kids.

I’ve stayed in 10 holiday homes in the last 5 years and this one has been one of the best yet.

I absolutely loved our family stay at Rectory Cottage, in fact, it's ruined future holidays as I can't find anything that matches up to this place. The cottage was stunning, in such a beautiful location and a short drive to the City of Lincoln. The finish of the cottage is exceptional, loads to do in the area and Erica is so friendly and helpful and I have never felt so relaxed. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved staying at Rectory Cottage - beautiful property with modern amenities. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the hot tub was great in the evenings. Location is quiet and away from shops and hustle & bustle but that's exactly what we wanted. A lovely stay - highly recommend.

Lovely cottage, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice quiet setting with the city only about 15 mins in car away. Living room a bit small, so if four of you are in there wanting to what have TV it would feel a bit cramped on the sofa. Fortunately there were only 3 of us and I spent time in the lovely conservatory reading instead. Lovely garden. Would still go again.

Our first stay at this beautiful cottage and hopefully the first of many. Very peaceful setting with lovely views over the gardens. We found the cottage to be equipped with everything we needed and all of a high standard. The furnishings were beautiful which added to a very relaxed stay. Erica was on hand for anything we needed and provided a lovely welcome pack when we arrived complete with homemade lemon drizzle cake which was fabulous. The area is stunning for walks and there are many NT type places to visit. We would highly recommend this cottage and look forward to a return visit.
