Nearby you’ll find La’al Ratty, a miniature railway offering a 7-mile ride along the old narrow gauge quarry track, the starting point is Ravenglass Station. Nearby you have Muncaster castle, a great day out with lots of activities and historical castle and gardens as well as falconry displays, crazy golf and several events planned throughout the year. If you love the outdoors, you’re just a short drive from Fells, Lakes and the shortest route up the highest mountain in England, from Wasdale Head up Scafell Pike. Beach ½ mile.
