This barn conversion is set in a rural location, yet is within reach of seaside resorts and National Trust sites.

Set in the popular village of Roughton on a quiet lane, Rascals Barn is a semi-detached, 200-year-old barn conversion which has been sympathetically renovated to preserve its character and charm, and which offers upside-down living. At just under 4 miles from Cromer with its sandy beaches, promenade, famous pier with end-of-pier show, traditional seaside amusements and artisan cafés and shops, this really is the perfect place to base yourself to explore all that the north Norfolk coastline has to offer. With the popular holiday resorts of Sheringham and Mundesley close by you really will be spoilt for choice for a day at the seaside. Plus, a little further afield visit Blakeney, with its trips to see the seals and Wells-next-the-Sea with its picturesque quay. For thrills and spills, Great Yarmouth is great for a day trip, or for something more sedate there are plenty of National Trust sites nearby and excellent opportunities to enjoy walks and bird watching. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
