Quay Cottage is a fabulous detached cottage surrounded by woodland on the Roseland Heritage Coast. Tucked away in a quiet secluded area, yet within close proximity to both the north and south coasts of Cornwall, this is the perfect place to call home. Quay Cottage is well-presented, bright and spacious with each room beautifully furnished.
You can enjoy a break here at any time of the year and see the ever changing woodland scenery. Imagine a holiday in September when the cottage is surrounded by an array of autumnal colours. You can light the wood burner and retire to the living room with its comfortable sofas and spot lights, creating a warm ambience on those cooler evenings. During the summer months you are bordered by lush greenery which you can admire from the large conservatory with its glass roof. In addition to woodland views, the cottage sits beside the Fal Estuary and there are marvellous views over the tidal creek from the rooms at the front of the house.
The large contemporary kitchen/dining room will turn the chore of cooking into a delight with its dark grey units complemented by a wooden floor and light décor. The dining area is located near the windows where you can enjoy views over the woodlands and towards the estuary. The bedrooms are equally delightful with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows to help you get a blissful night’s sleep.
Quay Cottage provides the utmost of privacy with its own private quay access and floating jetty and is ideal for guests looking for peace and tranquillity. There are many places of interest nearby including the coastal town of Falmouth with its maritime heritage and coastal culture. On the north coast there is the picturesque village of St. Agnes which is steeped in mining history.

Beautiful cottage in an amazing location. So peaceful and the views were fantastic. The only drawback was the road leading to the cottage - so many pot holes and bumps - we dreaded returning home every day and tried to limit the number of trips each day.

We had a super time at Quay Cottage. The location is idyllic. We very much enjoyed watching the boats, kayaks and paddle boats from the front of the house with a glass of something on a sunny evening! Very peaceful and you can't help to feel relaxed. The house is very well kitted out. On some of our days out we ate a couple of times at the Punch bowl and Ladle - excellent food. Our dog had an excellent time too. The walks are fantastic and you are in the heart of the Trellisic Gardens estate woodland walk ( within 1 minute of the house.) You can walk to the King Harry Ferry in 40 mins. The views are fantastic. We hope to return again. The track down to the cottage is quite challenging on a daily basis- hard going on most cars!!
