Lovely cottage in a fabulous location, convenient for everyone from the north and south. Owner came and introduced herself and told us where the best places to visit were. If there could be an improvement the owners could provide more crockery (cups and plates) so the dishwasher would only need to go on once a day.

The cottage was very well equiped and everything you would want. The welcome pack is excellent, especially the home made cake! The cottage is very central with places of interest.

We had a fantastic stay at Pye Cottage. Great welcome pack, friendly and helpful owner, wonderful cottage that exceeded all our expectations. We have stayed in numerous cottages previously and this is by far the best. Spotlessly clean, top end furnishings, everything you need for a home from home. Peaceful area but within easy distance of lots of attractions. Highly recommended.

Pye Cottage was more than we expected (and I have high standards!) It truly was a home from home. The cottage was perfect for my mum who has limited mobility and my young daughters also loved it The cottage catered for everyone, there were books, DVDs, magazines, board games and a box of toys for little ones too! The driveway is a little snug for getting up, but once up there is enough space for two cars The beds were comfy and the cottage was furnished to a high quality throughout, no attention to detail was spared when designing the lovely interior. A wonderful cake, fresh flowers and wine with other goodies also were awaiting our arrival which was indeed a wonderful touch The owners of the property were fantastic hosts and we are looking forward to returning!

Stayed with my 90 year old mother who has mobility issues. Cottage and garden were ideal. Wide flat spaces. Furniture all very comfortable. In village with no shopping facilities but pub literally next door so don’t always have to cook. Owner left superior welcome pack which allowed you to cope for first day if needs be.
