PLEASE read this before you book. This cottage is very much style over substance. The building is lovely but it is NOT a luxury holiday let. The bed linen, rather than the lovely crisp white linen in the photo was actually cheap George from Asda, a thin grey duvet cover and sheet. The towels also, thin and bath towel was tiny. The garden furniture in the photos doesn’t exist at the property, in-fact one of the small garden tables actually there collapsed when a cup was placed on it sending scalding hot tea all over my feet. The cottage is actually situated just behind two busy roads so road noise is constant and you over look a very untidy field used for winter grazing pasture. There is no washing machine so totally unsuitable for a week’s holiday let. Probably ok for one or two nights but absolutely NOT a luxury holiday cottage.
