Enjoyed our holiday - peaceful and quiet ... plenty of cupboard space in this cottage. Not much of a view from the cottage .. plenty of walks in the countryside though

We had a lovely time at Psalter Barn. The weather was glorious and the cottage was everything we had hoped for. We especially appreciated the private area at the rear of the property and the hot tub.

The Cottage is very clean and has lovely linen and towels it is all spoilt by the fact that it look out onto a car park very little privacy whilst on your patio as vans and builders work over the car park you feel you can't use the hot tub during the day through lack of privacy as there is only a very small fence surrounding it also we got up at 7 o'clock to have a very quick dip before we left on Friday and they were already empty in it

We had a lovely stay. The barn was very clean & tidy with everything we needed. The hot tub was a lovely addition & location of the barn perfect for a getaway from everything week / weekend. Underfloor heating was lovely on chilly mornings, with wifi (which wasnt the best) but when getting away its not the most important thing ... unless you're taking teenagers as we were. Ideal place to visit with towns nearby & skegness just 30 mins away.

Location is nice although lack of phone signal inside the property caused us some issues, the wifi was not very good & we struggled with this Beds were comfortable & property was warm, we did have a cold day when the boiler had gone off overnight & took a long time to warm up again Owners were helpful, although obviously also struggle with the phone signal as we had to leave messages a couple of times Outside the hot tub desperately needs some kind of fence for privacy, people living next door walking past it to their vehicles spoilt the relaxing experience we had hoped for, also view from the tub was rubbish bins & work vans!!

we enjoyed our stay ,the weather was brilliant, lovley cottage cosy and clean. the hot tub is on the front area and is right next to the neighbours dustbin and f ront door it would of been better in the enclosed garden where the dogs were, you need to drive to the pub and shops, excellent shopping in Skegness! we would stay there again.

No phone signal. WiFi sketchy, very minimal. Would recommend screen/ gazebo for hot tub, didn't realize it was so close to neighbour's front door. Welcome pack including instructions and helpful information on area etc also need. Apart from this lovely place and area, just missing a few extra touches.

This is a nice barn conversion, but is quite isolated. The details said pub & shop 1.25 miles, but it seemed much further than that and is NOT walkable unless you have a very good torch and hi-viz clothing as it is very narrow country lanes and you have to cross a busy main road, all of which are un-lit.
