Great cottage & owners. Really enjoyed our stay, few things could be improved: Bad frying pans, need larger cups, no washing machine, bit overpriced especially with added fee for dog - maybe this should be taken incase of damage or mess but returned if all good? Thank you for having us x

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. We are glad you had a lovely stay at our cottage. Just to inform future guests, although there is not a washing machine actually in the cottage, we do have one in our house which guests are most welcome to use. We can even do guests washing for them if they are out for the day. We have checked the frying pans and replaced some of them. The cups are just normal sized cups. Dogs are welcome and there are some lovely walks in the area, we only charge £25 for the dog which we feel is very reasonable.

This property is beautifully presented. The care and attention in furnishing the cottage is very evident and makes for an harmonious environment which is restful in itself. It is very comfortable and attractively set with a lovely field for dog walking or in our case, running! One very small frustration was the council's re-arrangement of the turning off and on the A30 which made some local travel a bit confusing. However, in spite of this, we had a relaxing and very enjoyable stay and it would not prevent us from returning to such a lovely place.....it thoroughly deserves its Gold Award.
