Expensive for a couple in terms of comfort and condition of the structure of the building. Poor television reception.

Welcome pack was lovely & both hosts very welcoming. The property is in a very good location for lots of different places to walk / visit. Whilst the hosts did advise us it's an old building (which we appreciate) unfortunately, the property needs a complete refurbishment, as the photos on the website do not reflect the upkeep of the apartment. The handrail leading to the front door is in disrepair/needs replacing. The front door itself, has a crack through the wooden section & the glass in the door & all windows is not safety glass. The window frames are all rusty & some have gaps in them. There are various tears in the wallpaper a dirt stains on the carpets. There is a crack in the back of the fridge & dial numbers on the oven knobs are unreadable. The designated parking/garden seat area needs a complete tidy up & as the owners allow their pets to roam freely, we were unable to sit outside & relax at the end of the day (as the dog pooped right in front of us on the one occasion we did try) However, the beds were clean and comfortable & the kitchen well stocked with utensils, crockery etc..
