This was our 6th trip to Polgarth which should tell you all you need to know about this superb little cottage. It is in a lovely location at the top of the village. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The kitchen has all you will need with high quality white goods and crockery. It is literally a 2 minute walk to Restaurant Nathan Outlaw if you want to splash out on a Michelin star meal and a 2 minute walk from "Fresh From The Sea" if you want a beautiful lobster sandwich and a glass of wine. The local put The Golden Lion is no more than a 10 minute walk away! There is parking for one vehicle (a very narrow road leading to the parking space at the rear of the cottage so if you have a large 4x4 you may struggle)

We have been using Polgarth since 2012 on a yearly basis. Parking here is a premium so to have your own space is invaluable although there is a very narrow road to navigate to access the parking space so larger vehicles may struggle. The cottage is in a great location on the outskirts of Port Isaac but within minutes you are in the heart of the village. The staircase is very steep so if you are of limited mobility you may find it a bit difficult. The bathroom has just undergone a renovation and is beautifully equipped with a large stand alone bath and a step in waterfall shower.
