This apartment is located in a Grade II listed mansion, and it has shared use of 7 acres of landscaped grounds.

Valley View is part of an imposing Grade II listed mansion house with an illustrious background. Built in 1835 by a Napoleonic war hero, it has been a WWII isolation hospital, a catering college and owned by a rock star with recording studios used by many famous music artists, a shrine to Jimi Hendrix once existed. The building, now converted into luxury apartments, nestles in 7 acres of grounds, just south of Aberystwyth, with dramatic vistas of the sea and views of no less than three castles. The main entrance to Plas Tanybwlch leads to a grand reception hallway and Valley View is located on the first floor via a staircase. This beautiful apartment has been restored, keeping original 19th-century features including architrave, plasterwork, internal shutters and sash windows; and is stylishly furnished to include every comfort and convenience. The apartment has a welcoming and inviting atmosphere so you are sure to feel at home. The three well-presented bedrooms offer a great resting place after a busy day’s adventure. Lovely flat, really well equipped, great location, brilliant staff - fixed the broken heating before we even realised it was broken - but some of the fixtures and fittings could do with a little TLC now. It is the little things - lightshades, placemats, that make all the difference.

Unique location with views to die for. Wonderful place to stay where you can go on walks by the sea and coast. We had a fabulous holiday in a beautiful apartment. Highly recommended.
