A beautiful quality barn conversion with the added benefit of being central for visiting the varied attractions of The Conwy Valley. Lovely comfy beds, roaring log burner, underfloor heating, open plan kitchen diner lounge. This place really has it all. We loved the peaceful location, whilst being less than 5 minutes drive to the main road. The finishing touches are lovely with gorgeous throws and cushions, thick soft carpets and beautiful quality furniture. We visited in December and were lovely and warm and cosy. Pet free and immaculately clean . Highly recommended. We would love to return.

The Cottage is just perfect. We would highly recommend staying and will most definitely return if we are in North Wales again. Jo gave wonderful directions and even though she wasn't around we met her daughter Lauren who was available if we needed anything. The log burner was wonderful and everything was clean and almost brand new. Bathroom was a joy after a long day. Jo recommended the Tal-y-cafyn Pub for Sunday Lunch (2 miles away)and it was wonderful. All in All a perfect break away!!!

We've stayed at many holiday cottages throughout the UK and we both thought that this was the best - it is spacious, very comfortable, stylish, well equipped, and in a superb location. Car parking is right outside and with plenty of space. The owners live on the site, but strike the right balance of being welcoming and helpful with discretion. There are extensive grounds, ideal for walking, with sensational views of Snowdonia. The owners have evidently invested a lot into the cottage, and it shows. We'll definitely return

A beautiful cottage, very comfortable and cosy. Everything has been well thought out .It was a delight to stay there. We find cottage holidays best suited to our requirements and over the years the quality of cottages we have picked seem to improve year by year. Cruck Barn is far and away the best cottage we have ever stayed in. The approach road is a bit of a challenge , if you meet another vehicle when out of sight of a passing place , or it's all part of the charm if you are O.K. at a bit of reversing
