Quiet, conveniently located, has fireplace. Not the most stunning of interiors but clean and functional. Being right next door to a well stocked farm shop and farm shop cafe is really a plus , although aside from that no amenities in walking distance except a (very nice) pub

Very comfortable, but kitchen utensils pans and glasses need some attention

Overall very satisfied with accommodation. A couple of observations are that the cooker would benefit from a good clean internally and the main oven door handle needs repairing. The "non-stick" coating on the saucepans and frying pan is scratched / damaged, and perhaps due for replacement ? Storage heater in lounge (by conservatory door) not working, which in winter could be a problem, as conservatory unheated.
