Holiday cottage in a bad state of repair and in need of modernisation. Meant to be child friendly but no stairgate provided. Bannister upstairs very wobbly. Last occupants food left under the sofa. No grocery delivery drivers could find the property

The location was certainly away from it all. But this added to the charm of the house. Nice big rooms. Lovely view out of dining room. One thing was noticeable, some of the bedrooms could do with storage! It was not so far out that the amenities around were not accessible. Llanwrtwd and Betsyw - Coed were five minutes away and recommend tea room over bridge in Llanwrst.

What a gem! We could not have asked for a better location, close to a number of walking routes. The views were amazing and the cottage was exactly what we wanted as active families with dogs. We had a lovely time and felt right at home. Not having wifi was a bonus since we ended up playing loads of board games.
