Pendre is a large period detached property sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms, all on the 1st floor.

Ground Floor.
Living Room: With open fire, Freeview TV, DVD player and selection of books and board games.
Sitting Room: With French doors leading to garden.
Kitchen: With Everhot Range cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Dining Room.
Wet Room: With shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be double on request).
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Oil central heating (underfloor heating in wet room and sitting room), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for open fire included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

A great choice for families or friends looking for a spacious place to stay. Plenty of hot water, comfy beds, a well-tuned piano, great wifi, and a fabulous kitchen, you’ll be delighted with all of it! The property sits above the small village of Llwyndafydd and is elevated above a secluded ancient wooded valley that links the village with the sea at Cwmtydu cove. You can walk to Cwmtydu beach in 30 minutes. A super choice of kitchen equipment and appliances to make your stay a culinary pleasure if you love to cook. There is an additional breakfast bar off the main kitchen area with a Welsh dresser. The living room has an open fire with comfy sofa seating and there’s an additional sitting room/garden room with a further two sofas, a work desk with an internet point and French doors that lead onto the garden terrace. Great for families looking for some peaceful separation during their holiday!
The dining room has a large table to seat six family and friends, a Kawai piano, and views over the front garden. We think you’ll feel as though you’re borrowing a home, rather than staying in a holiday let. A lot of care has been taken in ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday... even a library of books for your careful use. The enclosed south facing grounds have a private terrace area for al fresco dining or BBQ with lovely views across the quiet wooded valley. Explore the mature sloping garden, find its hidden spaces, it’s a perfect natural playground to inspire the imagination of younger family members. For those needing it, Pendre Farmhouse has fast broadband internet access and a desk in the garden room for home working. Parking off-road for 2 cars on the driveway. To summarise, this is a perfect base for exploring the south Ceredigion and north Pembrokeshire coasts. The rugged coastline has a diverse landscape with spectacular cliffs, hidden coves, smugglers caves and quiet sandy beaches, a refuge for wildlife but with a world of adventure on your doorstep too.
