Lovely clean and comfortable cottage with own parking space. Quiet location, just 15 mins walk on cliff tops to Cromer and within short drives to neighbouring towns. Recommend Wroxham, Sheringham, Wells, Holt and Holkham.

A very nice cosy little cottage, perfectly located, close to cliff tops and easy reach of beach and Cromer, plus points, Location, parking right outside cottage, WiFi, dog friendly! The heating is very efficient for colder days, and lots of hot water and a good powerful shower. The owner is also very friendly and helpful, should you need to speak.

A convenient cottage let down by poor cleanliness and very poor decor. We had to contact the owner and the cleaning company for a complete overhaul as the place was filthy . The bed linen was ripped and dirty , the oven and microwave we never used as they were so dirty. The traffic noise was awful, there were cobwebs everywhere even after the cleaning company left. All in all a terrible experience which we will never repeat . Tip, save your money and book a cottage elsewhere.
