A beautifully presented cottage. We had an excellent stay and the private patio area was a real plus - especially as the sun shone! The welcome basket was extremely generous, the beds very comfy and we had everything we needed.

Lovely little cottage. Shame they don’t reveal there house rules before you book the property. Wasn’t until we arrived that we were informed (Although dog friendly) No dogs on furniture , No dogs upstairs. But worst of all not aloud to leave dogs on there own. Not what I would call dog friendly.

A lovely cottage, so well equipped and very comfortable (especially the bed). The location is very good, short walk into Louth and no problems with parking on the road. My only bad point is not being able to access the cottage until 4.30pm on the day of arrival and then having to vacate by 10am on the final day. Could the owners not work towards a 3pm access like all other cottages I have stayed in. However, having said that, this cottage is one of the best we have stayed in.

Beautifully presented cottage, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lots of attention to detail, which all create a very comfortable relaxing place. Louth is one of those places better discovered on foot with lots of interesting buildings and still independent shops. Set in the heart of the Wolds provides great walking opportunities. Baci Gelateria/icecream shop on Eastgate, Louth would recommend. Don't forget the coast not too far away, we found a doggy café in Cleethorpes called Waggie Tails, towels, water etc all provided. Allow yourselves time to explore from this great base.

We last visited Louth over 20 years ago and we were surprised at the changes to the town, we thought it was quite run down and we struggled to find good cafe's except for Nero's!

Beautiful cottage with lots of lovely touches to make you feel very welcome. It’s like staying in your very own little upmarket hotel. Louth itself is a lovely town with lots of interesting places to visit, good food and bars. It is also very central for visiting Lincoln and the beaches at Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Anderby Creek. Definitely worth a second visit-we did and were just as impressed second time around!
