Everything has been newly purchased in 2023, following an extensive restoration. The adjoining kitchen is modern, yet tastefully chosen for its authentic country feel, and there is a beautifully presented shower room also on the ground floor. Doors from the kitchen lead out into your private enclosed garden, which bursts with colour through the spring and summer and has the name sake pear tree, which if you are lucky enough may provide you with freshly grown fruit. Upstairs are are a double and twin bedroom, both with TVs and inbuilt storage for your belongings.
