Ash is a cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage on a small secluded farm, perfect for a relaxing break. The owners were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely book a return visit.

Very comfortable bungalow and well suited for elderly. Idyllic surroundings and very quiet. Bungalow was very clean and had everything needed for a happy holiday break. Host was available and very accommodating allowing us to depart late as she hadn't got another booking the day we left. Bungalow positioned in a central location where you could visit a range of different places of interest.

Great little cottage but no welcome at all! The owner was next door but never called. No welcome pack and lots of lights not working, at least 6. Eventually met the owner who was very nice and explained they had electical problems. The one clock had not been adjusted to BST and kitchen equipment very poor. Quiet location and ideal for The Forest of Dean and south-east Wales. Lounge and beds very comfortable and excellent heating. Too small for 4 people really, as impossible for all to watch tv.

This was our second visit having stayed there in 2017. The owners are very welcoming and the cottage is very well provided for and is very comfortable. Locally there are many places to visit particularly Speech House in the middle of the Forest of Dean. It is a hotel steeped in local history. Excellent meals can be had at Speech House, the Woodman at Parkend and, especially, the Ugly Duckling in Lydney.

Fantastic location. Small but big enough for a family of 4, makes it easy to keep clean. Very quite location you would never know it was a farm.
