Ideal if you want a rural location. However be prepared for narrow, dusty or muddy lanes, and a few miles to drive for food etc. Cottage was basic and adequate, however there were a few problems. Electricity cut out a couple of times and TV signal was intermittent. DVD control was missing so could not be used.

We enjoyed a very pleasant three day break at the cottage recently. It is a convenient base for exploring Southwold and Aldburgh while being very off the beaten track. The owner is friendly and left us to do our thing but is close at hand if anything is needed. The cottage is spacious and has three large bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table playing games after dinner. There is an abundance of wildlife on your doorstep and it really is a peaceful corner of the world. The WiFi connection is good and the cottage is pleasantly warm. Overall, this is a great place if you want a homely and comfortable base away from busy every day life.

If you are a fairly fit able bodied person interested in walking this is the place to be plenty of open space to wander about otherwise you need a vehicle. Couldn't fault the management team. We still enjoyed the vacation
