We had an absolutely brilliant break in a little bit of paradise. The cottage was beautiful and the gardens spectacular and so relaxing. Lovely hosts who have thought of everything for the perfect stay. Stress falls away the instant you see Orchard Cottage.

Our third stay and it won't be our last. Immaculate as ever and everything up to the highest standards. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the very friendly and helpful house-sitters - many thanks, David and Terry, it was a pleasure to meet you. We were very lucky with the terrific weather but there's more than enough to do even on wet days (as we've found on previous visits). But for us, this is primarily a place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Which it has always delivered, not least with its beautiful gardens.

Beautiful cottage, photos don't do it justice as it was much bigger than we anticipated! Very clean, everything necessary was provided as well as lovely little extras like some homemade cakes for the first evening. Would recommend this cottage, thanks.

We stayed at Orchard Corner as a last minute booking due to problems with our booked accomodation. What can we say, it is stunning. Lots of space, the rooms are huge! Lovely and modern yet homely too, and the rainshower in the en-suite bathroom is amazing. The garden is beautiful and our boys loved running around there. The owners live next door and could not do enough for us, we loved the homemade scones too! We would definitely look no further if we stay in the area again.

Perfect hideaway cottage - nothing but darkness and silence at night. The hosts were very welcoming and had also left a welcome basked of provisions. The cottage has everything you could need to a perfect vacation. Located a stone's throw from a local pub and a short drive to Hickling Broad (albeit down an unlit road which needs attention).

Just had a superb week in this lovely property. We could not fault it in any way. Hickling is a very quiet village with a great pub (The Greyhound) but no other shops. This didn't bother us as we were there for complete R&R and we certainly got that! We would love to return to Orchard Corner.
